Q: What information do you need in order to get a quotation?
A: Generally, information about quantity, size, voltage , air flow of required fans is needed in order to select a right or a similar fan for you and quote you.
Q: Can I have samples for testing before placing orders?
A: Yes. We suggest that our customers have some samples of their required fans for quality testing FIRST.
Q: Can I have a discount for the quoted price?
A: Yes. The price is quoted based on the annual usage quantity. And if you become our regular customers, we will try our best to satisfy you and make you more competitive.
Q: How is your quality control systerm?
A : Each fan needs to go though strict inspection before delivery by QC, or inspected by 3rd party whcih customer appoints.
